Pricing below is for rental of our Brick Room, Colonial Room, two kitchen spaces, tables and chairs, portable bar and Bridal Room (Comming April 2018).  If you would like customized quoting for only one of our rooms, please contact us for a personalized quote. Rental time is from 10AM to 12AM.

*With all rentals, there is an additional $500 deposit due 2 weeks before your event.  This deposit is for damages and/or cleaning.  Any cleaning fees (when applicable) or damages will be taken out of this and the remainder is returned with in 30 days of your event.


Brick Room Only or Colonial Room Only

For rental rates for renting only one of our rooms, please contact teri@parkhallkc.com.  We can give you a customized quote.  Available for dates through Feburary, 2018.

*** FAQ***

How much do you require down to reserve a date? $500 with remainder in payments
  Do we charge extra for you to have your Ceremony in addition to your reception?  No, you are welcome to have your ceremony and reception, with out an additional charge at Park Hall.
Can we rent a partial day?  Monday - Thursday we offer partial day rentals an/or hourly rentals.  We also offer partial day rentals on most dates in the next 8 weeks that are still availalbe.  Partial day rentals are available in either 10 AM - 3:00 PM   OR   6PM - 11PM.
Can we bring our own food and/or alcohol? Yes, please ask for details on this policy.



Food  Policy- We have an open catering policy.  You can choose from our prefered caterers, or bring in your own food/caterer.  Please contact us for more information.

Alcohol Policy - We have an open alcohol policy. 
You are welcome to bring your own alcohol, find a licenced caterer or choose from one of our prefered caterers.  Please contact us for more information on alochol at Park Hall.  

Security -   Security is required when alcohol is served for all events over 80 guests.  Please inquire for cost.  
                               (80-120 guests - 1 officer)  (120-200 guests - 2 officers)


Park Hall facility rental includes the following with your hall rental fee:

  • Total Available Tables 
    • 20 - highboy
    • 19 - Round (seat up to 8)
    • 24 - 6 foot (seat 6-8)
    • 5 - 8 foot (seat 8-10)
    • 1 - 4 foot
  • Chairs (up to 200)
  • Toiletries (Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Soap, Etc.)
  • Trash Cans and Bags
  • Projector and screen (Brick Room Only) to project photos off USB. 
  • Portable bar
  • Twinkle light curtian in Colonial Room
  • LED Color Down Lighting in some areas
  • Bistro lighting in Brick Room
  • Tear down of tables and chairs after event
  • 5 hours of on site Park Hall staff during event ($25 an hour per extra hour event time)

Additionally included in Kitchen Rental (standard full venue rental includes kitchen):

  • 3 bay sink and dish soap
  • Large hot box to hold food
  • Freezer
  • Salad Holder Fridge
  • Standard Freezer/Fridge
  • 3 Ovens
  • 2 Steam Tables (3 large tray capacity each)

We also provide the following for additional charge:

  • Samsung Light Up 2,300W Giga Speaker System and Microphone ($100 rental)
  • Insta Photo Booth
  • Small Bluetooth Speakers
  • Microphones
  • Linens
  • Chair Covers
  • Set up/Tear Down
  • Rental Items (centerpieces, pillars, candelabras, etc)
NEW CEREMONY DECORATING PACKAGE AVAILALBE: Starting at $400 for set up/tear down with runner/pillars/chair covers/sashes/lanterns/chalboard signs/etc.  Ask for details.
